The benefit of a life coach is they can assist with both your professional and personal life. Ultimately, a life coach is someone who can support you no matter what’s going on in your world.
Each package is singed to help you transform your thinking and achieve results. There is full session to session support with each package.
During this call, we will discuss your needs/goals, how our coaching process is designed and how it will help you meet your goals and answer any questions you might have.
Includes 1 month of Life Coaching, 4 weekly hour long sessions (face to face or virtual) and unlimited email contact (within the 1 month). This package is for anyone who is committed to making changes in at least one area of their life: marriage/family relationships, work, health, mindsets, spiritual, etc.
Includes 2 months of Life Coaching, 8 weekly hour long sessions (face to face or virtual) and unlimited email contact (within the 2 months). This package is for anyone who is committed to making changes in one to two areas of their life: marriage/family relationships, work, health, mindsets, spiritual, etc.
Includes 3 months of Life Coaching, 12 weekly hour long sessions (face to face or virtual) and unlimited email contact (within the 3 months). This package is for anyone who is committed to making changes in two to three areas of their life: marriage/family relationships, work, health, mindsets, spiritual, etc.
ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL COACHING – (ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER A PACKAGE IS COMPLETED): Each session is 1-hour in length and can be done face to face or virtually. 3 and 5 sessions do not need to be used within a certain time period. No email communication is included in the individual sessions.
(ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER A PACKAGE IS COMPLETED): Each month you will earn 1 hour long session of coaching. These sessions can roll over to the next month if not used. There is no contract but doesn't require a 30 day cancellation notice. This membership is good for those who have completed a package and want to keep a coaching relationship. Memberships do not include unlimited email communication.
ADDITIONAL email support – (ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER A PACKAGE IS COMPLETED): Unlimited email support to continue meeting goals after coaching sessions are complete.
**All services including packages are to be paid in full before the first session.
